1. Fee Policy:

1. Nova Via does not impose any fees on students for our regular services.
2. Premium counseling services, which offer immediate and direct assistance, are not eligible for reimbursement.
3. The government visa fee that students need to pay and the university application fee vary depending on each university.

2. Application Review:

1. All applications are evaluated based on a token-based queue system.
2. Applicants will receive notifications at each stage of the processing.

3. Visa Processing Options:

       Nova Via offers two professional visa processing options:

       a. Direct Visa Processing:
         - Direct visa processing:
         - Nova Via will provide all necessary checklists and guide the student throughout the entire process and submit the visa online              on behalf of the student.

      b. Processing with an RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant):
         - This option involves a fee for the RCIC.
         - If the application is rejected, the deposit is non-refundable.
         - The RCIC will obtain GCMS notes to pinpoint the rejection reason, ensuring clarity.
         - A resubmission of the visa application is facilitated at no additional cost, though the client is responsible for the visa fee.

4. Personal Information Protection:

1. Nova Via adheres to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and related privacy laws.
2. By availing our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Governing Law:

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.
2. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
