Job Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Nova Via, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include setting up appointments, conducting outbound calls, managing data entry tasks, and assisting with sales-related activities. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting Up Appointments: Schedule appointments with clients based on their preferences and availability.
  2. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to existing and potential customers to follow up on inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
  3. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information, appointment details, and other relevant data into the company's database.
  4. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing information to customers, promoting products/services, and generating leads.
  5. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  6. Coordination: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the efficient operation of the customer service department.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in appointment scheduling and outbound calling is a plus.
