As an Immigration Advisor at Nova Via, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to individuals seeking immigration services within Canada. You will work from home with a schedule that works for you!  Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients in navigating the Canadian immigration system, including applications for permanent residence, work permit extensions, and study permit extensions.
• Staying current with Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide up-to-date advice and information.
• Evaluating client profiles and determining the most suitable immigration pathways.
• Preparing and reviewing immigration application packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Providing valuable insights and solutions to overcome immigration challenges and barriers.

• Certified Immigration Consultant or equivalent certification (RCIC, ICCRC, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Client-focused approach with a dedication to achieving positive outcomes.
