As a Business Development Manager at Nova Via, you will be at the forefront of expanding our
reach, forging strategic partnerships, and driving our agency's growth. Your primary
responsibilities will include:

● Identifying and establishing collaborations with colleges, universities, and financial
institutions to provide a comprehensive suite of services for international students.
● Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance the agency's
visibility and attract a broader client base.
● Negotiating and managing partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and
deliver exceptional value to our clients.
● Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
in the education and immigration sectors.
● Developing and managing a team of business development professionals, fostering a

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
● Proven track record of successful business development, preferably in the education or
immigration industry.
● Strong negotiation and communication skills.
